About the Firm
The firm was founded by Maya Ziv whose core belief is that legal counsel is built on clear communication, analytic discipline and strategic decisions that are shaped by what the client needs.

She brings an unusual cross-disciplinary background to Israeli legal practice, holding a Finance and Accounting degree from Baruch College, New York, with professional experience in finance and real estate at Vornado Realty Trust and technology at Citi Lab.
Her practice pairs this commercial and analytical fluency with an Israeli law degree.
The firm's clients benefit from structured, transparent guidance in matters that shape property, family planning, and long-term personal decisions.

Israeli Law, Domestic and International
Maya Ziv Law is an Israeli law firm in Tel Aviv. We act for clients who live in Israel, and for clients abroad who hold Israeli property, family ties or business interests. We advise in Hebrew and in English.

Handled Without Travelling to Israel
We run the matter from start to finish for clients who stay abroad. We act under a power of attorney signed at an Israeli consulate or before a local notary with an apostille, so no stage of the process requires the client to fly in.

Two Legal Systems at Once
We read Israeli law alongside the foreign system a matter touches. We act for foreign investors and shareholders in Israeli companies, handle cross border transactions and contracts, obtain recognition of foreign judgments and arbitration awards in Israel, and deal with Israeli property inside a foreign estate.

Areas of Practice
Real estate and investment transactions. Estate planning, wills, probate and succession. Commercial and Civil. Prenuptial agreements and enduring power of attorney.

Full Coverage, One Relationship
A complex matter needs reach, depth and personal attention at the same time. We bring in trusted advisors in other jurisdictions where the matter calls for it, and the client deals with one point of contact throughout.

What Our Clients Are Trying to Achieve
We start by listening. The legal question a client brings is rarely the whole of it, so our first job is to find out what they actually need to achieve.
Counsel available in Hebrew and English.
